al conectarme a Internet el CPU se pone al 100%

Buenos dias, soy nuevo en el foro, el problema que tengo es que cuando me conecto a Internet mi CPU se dispara al 100%, he pasado el antivirus Norton 2006, el Spyware Doctor, el ewido-anti-syware, desfregmentado el HD y a continuación pongo el listado de HijackThis, con la opción de Restore desactivada y mostrando todos los archivos ocultos (según he visto en problemas descritos en este foro

171278 era el mismo problema que presentaba en mi post con el svchost.exe al 100% apenas y te conectes a una red o internet, y he visto que se ha vuelto muy comun, sera algún parche que se necesite o algún troyano?
